Over 30 years of scientific research accumulation, a continuously iterated technological engine
From lab molecular design to field verification, Synergie R&D team and translation system support continuous technological iterations.
R&D Team & Methodology: Complete Chain from Molecular Design to Field Verification
The Institute features an R&D team composed of over 20 globally renowned experts, with core members coming from leading German fertilizer companies such as K+S Group and COMPO. CEO and Chief Scientist Dr. Georg Ebert is a renowned European agricultural expert, author of Europe's first monograph on 'Biostimulants', Member of the European Biostimulants Industry Council, and Coordinator at the International Potash Institute.
Every Nutrient Enhancement technology follows a unified R&D methodology: laboratory molecular screening and formulation design, verified by spectroscopy, chromatography, mass spectrometry, and XRD testing at China Central Laboratory, followed by large-scale field trials across global and Chinese sites, and finally converted into industrializable enhancement processes—the shared technological foundation for 1.0's five core technologies and 2.0's three core technologies.

Proprietary R&D Process Matrix: Continuously Iterated Core Processes
From 1.0 N+P enhancement and biostimulants to 2.0 nutrient loss control, plant vaccine, and microbial activation, each core technology is independently developed and iterated.
Urease Inhibitors
Global high-efficiency, stable, and eco-friendly urease inhibitor core process, slowing urea hydrolysis and reducing ammonia volatilization loss.
Nitrification Inhibitors
Purity ≥98% nitrification inhibitor core technology, inhibiting ammonium to nitrate conversion and reducing nitrate leaching.
Phosphorus Enhancer
Polyamino acid organic polymer core formulation, activating phosphorus and microelements.
Synergie Technology 2.0 Processes
Nutrient leak prevention, plant vaccine, and microbial activation technologies.
More official certification and testing qualification information will be updated in due course.
Next-Generation Technology Directions: Continuous Investment Exploring the Next Steps in Nutrient Enhancement Technology

Adhering to the vision of "Empowering Science, Enhancing Future", the Institute continuously explores rhizosphere micro-ecology, bio-based coating materials, and precision nutrient management.
