Compound Fertilizer High-Temperature Stability Activation & Production Core Technologies Solution
Resolving industry bottlenecks such as thermal degradation during compound fertilizer granulation, ensuring high-temperature stability, and enhancing synergistic nutrient utilization.

Technical & Process Details
Traditional compound fertilizer enhancers are highly susceptible to thermal degradation and inactivation in production (especially drum granulation or high-tower melt granulation) under high temperatures of 100°C - 150°C. Synergie's compound activation solution utilizes a [high-temperature stability process], employing a novel organic multi-carbon activated molecular structure that keeps molecular activity from declining even at production temperatures up to 160°C.
This solution synergistically improves utilization efficiency of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium nutrients, while co-formulating anti-caking during fertilizer granulation to reduce hygroscopicity and prevent secondary caking during packaging and long-distance transport.
High-Temperature Stability
Specially stabilized chelated polymers withstand the high temperatures of tower melt granulation or spray granulation with near-zero activity loss.
Anti-Caking & Anti-Corrosion
While protecting the activity of the nutrient enhancers, it does not corrode metal pipelines of production lines, and significantly reduces the caking risk of fertilizers during storage.
Multi-Nutrient Synergy
Balancing the release rate of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, synergistically improving multi-element uptake, and achieving balanced crop growth.
